Raman has over 15 years of business and technology experience including business and functional analysis, systems design, development and implementation, and team leadership. As a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting and later as a private contractor, Raman has assisted large and small organizations with developing and managing the information tools critical to business success. He has extensive knowledge and experience with best practices in software design and development, is a committer for the Scalate project, a partial committer for the Subversion project and has also contributed patches to Git, Akka and other open source projects. His technical expertise includes Java and Scala with a focus on scalability and performance (Akka actors, threading, etc.) modular programming (Spring, OSGi), database design and administration, UNIX system administration, networking, system integration, and cryptography and security. Raman has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering with an Option in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

Amlan has almost 30 years of business management and consulting experience. Most recently, Amlan was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting and he has continued to provide services to Deloitte as an independent contractor. Amlan's engagements involved project management of large IT implementations throughout North America including financial, supply chain, and human resources systems, as well as proposal coordination and outsourcing support. Before joining Deloitte, Amlan had over 10 years of industry and military experience. He has Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and MBA degrees and is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Management Consultant.
